We approached this project carefully, as it was our very first undertaking of this scale. After studying the brief and the Business case , we were able to create a solution focused on providing value for money on the proposed transaction. Our Client (a property development company) was provided services ranging from quantity surveying, cash flow analysis, ROI computations  taking into account cost of funds, while managing the project team comprising all professionals in the industry for an effective output. We were also able to provide profit analysis based on different product mix scenarios in the portfolio.  This proved to be one of our longest lasting projects with many OPAs.
