MR. ADEBOWALE OYINLEYE

LEAD CONSULTANT/MANAGING PARTNER

Debo holds a B.Sc [Quantity Surveying] degree from Obafemi Awolowo University: he has a post graduate certificate in Construction Management [University of Jos] and a registered PMP, RICS, NIM and NIQS Practitioner. He has several certificates in the ICT including Electronic Data Processing, Data Communications and Networking and a graduate of the Cisco Academy, ATBU.

He is a Cost Management, Project Management Professional and LEED AP BD+C with broad-based consulting and project experience garnered over 22 years of working on a wide range of Construction project development, deployment and resource management experience. He was a Project Manager at Jibrilla /Damsal Nigeria Limited- [ where he was head of the strategic Project Management Team] on several Joint venture projects with other clients. He worked as a consultant to Dune Engineering, Z-Design + Development Consulting amongst others. Before then he worked on some projects with the Bauchi State Government enhancing Project delivery.
