This being our second undertaking with this client, we were able to bring lessons learnt from the first project to deliver our service in a short time. Though the brief was similar , there were different goals that we had to implement in providing the Business case , we were able to provide value for money on the proposed transaction. Our services ranged from quantity surveying, cash flow analysis, profit analysis based on different product mix scenarios in the portfolio. We also coordinated the project team comprising all professionals in the industry for an effective output

Our warehouse facility project management team provided specialist services to oversee the development of a pharma grade warehouse which included the upgrade of an existing warehouse and construction of 2nr mid-volume warehouse structures and an administrative office from from start to finish. This was our first project with this Client and we worked on this project after proving the value added service we could bring to the table. Our client was able to accomplish the project goals by expanding their storage capability of a pharmaceutical grade medical warehouse which increased program compliance.

We studied our client’s ( an Engineering firm) needs with an understanding of providing a secondary consulting service with a view to providing a focused and effective solution. This is the first project where we advocated the pursuit of a LEED / Green Building specifications on a project in line with the approved budget . Although our services was limited to the Pre-contract stage , we are proud to have provided cutting edge services for the actualization of the clients brief, and look forward to collaborating together on many more successful projects in the future.

After studying the brief and the Business case , we were able to create a solution focused on providing value for money on the proposed transaction. Our Client (a property development company) was provided services ranging from quantity surveying, cash flow analysis, ROI computations taking into account cost of funds, while managing the project team comprising all professionals in the industry for an effective output. We were also able to provide profit analysis based on different product mix scenarios in the portfolio. This proved to be one of our longest lasting projects with many OPAs.
